CANCELLATION AND REFUND RULES

 

GELLYBALL EVENT REFUND

  • What happens if the number of guest changes? No worries! If you brought the package with 6 people and only 5 showed up, you will still be good with that package and we would let you have the extra ammo to split between players. 

       If you have a Few extra that ends up coming we would just charge $30 for any extras you have, or move you           up to the next package if applicable For example, book a package of 6 but end up with 12? We’ll just charge           you the difference between the 6 and 12 package.

  • Can I reschedule my event? Don’t worry! We understand that someone may get sick or things just come up, We ask that you let us know up to 72hours in advance Of YOUR ORIGINAL DAY (if you had to move your date) or we will charge a $50 reschedule fee. We can reschedule your event within 30 days from your original date. Not sure exactly when? That’s ok too!, We’ll just push it out a few weeks to hold your reservation spot, then when you know the exact day and time you want it, you just let us know and we’ll adjust it again. *A reschedule fee of $50 will also be included if we have to reschedule you for a second time.

  • What if I want to cancel my event? No problem if you let us know 72 hours before, you will get 50% of your deposit back which was half of your total balance. If you have paid your full balance then we will calculate up the total that it would have been if you had put down a deposit. If you let us know the day of the event then we will only refund 25%.  Although we never wont anyone to cancel we will offer to reschedule your event to a later date. ​

  • Do I have to pay the full balance up front? You are able to pay in full the day you call to book or pay the deposit which is half of your total balance and the rest due any time before your party. 

  • What if my yard not big enough? Don't worry we can adjust to your yard or we can host your event at our sponsor place.
